Local writer to appear on Portland and Eugene area radio.
Portland, Ore. — March 26, 2012. Area writer David Ozab will be featured on Catholic Broadcasting Northwest, Wednesday, March 28, beginning at 8:10 a.m. PDT. He will be talking “In Person” with host Dawn Marie Hale live on KVBM FM in Portland, KMME FM in Eugene, and online everywhere through Catholic Broadcasting Northwest’s live stream.
On the program, Ozab will discuss his Open Door column in the January/February Issue of Catholic Digest, his path to full communion with the Catholic Church, his writing career, and his interest in promoting fatherhood through his blog (fatherhoodetc.com) and social media presence.
Ozab is currently writing his first book, A Smile for Anna, which tells the story of his daughter’s life from the womb to about age four, including her cleft diagnosis and surgery, her difficulties with speech, and her incredible outgoing spirit through it all. His writing has also been featured in Chicken Soup for the Soul and Errant Parent.
Ozab is a guest contributor at MyEugene and a member of the Mid-Valley Chapter of Willamette Writers. He is a stay-at-home dad who blogs about parenting and life at FatherhoodEtc.com and his writing career at davidozab.com.
